Offering the master bedroom/private bathroom in our 3 bedroom house. You'll have a private entrance as well as access to our side patio and back patio. Deposit $800 and no pets please. Located just 2 blocks from the beach, neighbors are nice, laundry on-site, all utilities included except internet (only $18 monthly), and parking is never an issue!
