I just bought the home, it's in a nice area, good size for privacy, good condition, I have two rooms open, the bigger is $400/month, and the smaller is $350. Plus utilities which will be around $75-$100 more for Cable/internet/elecricity/water. So total monthly will be around $475-$500 month for a big house in nice area. I work alot so not home much. I do have a dog.
