Room available in Weston Ranch. Home is a 4- Bedroom very nice, clean and fresh with new paint and flooring. Bathroom is a shared with occasional guests. The housing track offers a green belt and levy to walk and tennis courts, playground and picnic tables with bbq stations. There is a lot to enjoy other than just living in a nice home here. We require no deposit but reserve the right to a month to month lease and mandatory 30 notice of leaving should you ever decide a change. T
