I have this beautiful in-law suite with a private bathroom. Utilities are not included. A refundable deposit is required and will be returned if everything is left as is including cleanliness. If we have the same level cleanliness, you can have access to the kitchen, laundry room and patio area. Free parking out front. Can’t use the address for mail until we establish a long term renting relationship.
