Extremely nice 3 bedroom duplex with your choice of the three rooms if contacted soon. It is the back half of the duplex which is good because it is the half with the yard and deck. I have a dog and one dog is probably enough but small pet is negotiable. We will get internet and cable if wished for and split it three ways.
