I have a room for rent in a house near uncc/pnc music pavillion. $400 plus your cut of utilites. There are 2 other roommates both early/mid twenties. You would be sharing a bathroom with one of them. The top floor has 3 bedrooms. One is the master bedroom with its own bathroom. The college student with 3 jobs has that one. The other two rooms share a bathroom that is up there too. There are 3 other levels. 3 living rooms with 4k tvs, fiber internet, fireplace, fr/bk yard, 8 couches, 3 dogs, 2cat
