I have a 2/2.5 Townhome in a very nice wooded community with great amenities. Its right on Maitland Blvd and I-4 . It has a Pool/racquetball/tennis/ wood trail wit huge lake. Washer dryer. Screened in back porch and patio with grill and firepit. Im 27yr male and Im in a relationship. I do have a cat that minds his own and a yorkie that is very well behaved that I have every other week. I’m a professional and I work 9-5 in winter park and a professional bass angler so Im hardly home.
