Furnished single private room for rent with private bathroom, both upstairs. I work part time, prefer a working professional person, no over-nite guests, clean, considerate and respectful of others property. No smoking inside or out. Basic respectful house rules. I am asking for 1/2 utilities. Prefer someone with sense of humor and is an animal lover like me. I have a laundry room off kitchen, dining area and living room,but ask leave things the way you find them if use. We buy our own food
