I am a Marine veteran (01-05), I have two cats that I rescued so must be okay with animals. No more pets, sorry. I live in Aliso Viejo in the aventine apartments. The room is about 10' X 11'. Has a walkin closet. Washer dryer in apartment. Your own bathroom; I have my own. Central A/C and heat, gym on site (covid stipulations), pool, hot tub, dishwasher, and vehicle chargers. I'm looking for someone that understands a veteran and can be responsible. The complex will ask about references.
