I have 1 bedroom available. The house is a pretty big 3 bedroom 2.5 bath. It's located off of alafya woods in oviedo. The house is two story and is furnished with washer, dryer, couches, silverware, plates, kitchen utensils, propane grill, turkey fryer, TV, etc. The bedroom available is not furnished so you'll need a bed. We have an attick, big garage and a bunch of closets for storage room. The room is $425 per month. The room available is the same size as the master bedroom minus the bathroom.
