I have a 2 bedroom apartment in my home. Considering renting out the bedrooms independently. The apartment is furnished with large rooms including living room, dining room, kitchen and bath. (Square footage apx. 1100). there is a separate entrance, utilities are included and parking at the door. You would share the apartment with 1 other roomate. The house is a quiet one with a female tenant on the 3rd floor and myself on the 1st.
