I have a house on James Island, Harborview Rd near the Harbor (5 mins to downtown)...it's on almost 1 acre of land, hardwood floors, fenced in back yard, laundry room(no washer or dryer though), 2 living/family rooms, dining room, kitchen dinette, trash compactor, internal vacuum system, walk in closets for the bedrooms (kind of small walkin) and lots of space.
