Located one mile from tjc, 5 min from the hospitals, and 15 min from mall and restaurants. Property includes fenced backyard, open livingroom and kitchen. room is master bedroom with private bathroom, and nice sized closet. $500/ month + bills split /month (there is a $250 move in fee I will split w you) One female heeler in the home. She’s outside unless I’m home. Respectful, clean, no drama, I’m rarely home, bills on time always kinda person. Expect the same courtesy from a roommate too!
