I own an end-unit townhouse where a room and private bathroom are available for rent. The entire house will be available to you (excluding my bedroom and my bathroom). I am a really laid-back kind of guy and I am looking for a low-maintenance, professional male to room with. I'm looking for someone who has the rent on the 1st of the month, is responsible, courteous and who minds their own business. This is a good neighborhood, you get your own private parking place, and the wi-fi is awesome.
