Recently divorced and need a roommate to share a 4 bedroom house. 2 bedrooms are yours with 2 being mine. My child is leaving for college in August. Have 2 small dogs and 1 cat, so no more animals please. I am a 37 year old professional woman that is looking for someone similar. House is located in a nice neighborhood with a large yard. The Utilities will be split which is approx. $145.00 a month which includes, hi speed wireless internet and central air. I do drink socially but do not smoke.
