Our apartment is located near NIU's campus. We are basically across the street from the Huskie Stadium and can see the Stadium from both of our balcolnies. Our apartment is already furnished in all areas except your bedroom, so you won't have to worry about getting any extra things for the apartment. Caged pets are ok. No dogs/cats. We pay 2 bills a month besides rent and that's Comcast & Comed. Our washer and dryer is in the building next door, it's very convenient! We are on the 3rd floor!
