3bed/2ba house on 3 acres, at end of cul-de-sac, overlooking Lake Lanier. !2 miles to The Square, 25 miles to Gainesville or Alpharetta. Few neighbors, and they are not seen often. Landlord lives 2 hours away! (what sold me is the wood stove and the well water. Quiet area- hawks nest here, deer wander here, hummingbirds zip around. It is quiet and peaceful. I'm a non-smoker/drinker/drug user...I'd like to find the same in a housemate. Age (etc) not important...maturity and respect are.
