I have a private bed and bath just waiting for someone to move into. You’d have a full walk in closet. Washer/dryer in unit, garbage disposal, trash valet, pool, a/c, dishwasher included. The electric will be separate but it varies every month depending on how much is being used. I’m a nice easy going female who is desperately seeking a roommate to move in as soon as possible.
