The garage is on the first floor - so technically the living space is all one story. When you enter the condo you'll go straight up the stairs to a living room, bedroom, and bathroom (this is my roommates area).. up the hallway you'll pass the shared kitchen and enter into a second living room and the master bedroom/master bath.
