This is a great apartment with 2 lovely ladies. They are both friendly, clean, and respectful of eachother's space. I am subleasing my room, because my soon-to-be husband and I got a place of our own. The girls are incredible, no issues the whole time we’ve lived together. It's a good size room. You will share a bathroom, but it’s plenty spacious for 2 people, lots of counter space. All utilities are included in rent, internet is a separate $20 a month. Please reach out if you’re interested.
