The place is very nice, clean, and spacious for most apartments. We are not home much, but when we are very laid back. Their will be no drama from us, and we expect the same. We are social people and easy to get along with. We are minutes from the beach and the neighborhood and location are great. I need someone who I will not need to clean up after.
