Nice, 3 year old house in Nicholson Lakes on a large corner lot. I currently live alone with my dog and use one of the spare bedrooms as my home office. I am looking to rent out the other bedroom, which is next to a full bathroom that I never use. There is also a computer nook next to the kitchen that I also never use and is, therefore, at my roommates full disposal. I am an easy-going guy that generally gets along well with everyone. I am not a smoker or a partier.
