I have recently bought my own home it is 1800 sq ft 2 car garage, balcony, deck, washer/dryer, cable, 2 living rooms with TV/DVD, Internet, parking, mostly furnished, 1 block away from main bus line and close to max line. The room I have for rent is 11ftx11ft with a closet and a shared bath for $400 a month. I don't require deposit just first and last months rent to move in.
