As of mid April I will have 1 vacant room in beautiful 3bd/1bath house in the redevelopment area of City Heights. The house has both a front and back yard and a laundry room. It's located on a very quiet street facing Hollywood Canyon and Park. The kitchen is huge and was recently remodeled; new granite counter tops and tile floor.
