2,800 sf house, built 8 months ago, 3,000 sf backyard and big frontyard. All people currently living here are all working professionals and like to keep a quiet home. Every now and then we like to have some fun and party but most nights, the partying is done elsewhere. The TV area has surround sound speakers in the ceiling so there is a lot of movie watching and sports on the 36" TV most of the time. There are strict rules which must be abided by, come take a look.
