I am moving in with a friend across the street (free rent !!), so I need someone to take over my lease. My current roomate is taking an internship with a law firm in texas. The new roommate is a 25 year old nurse working in La jolla a fe mile away. The house is only about 30 seconds from the sand (ocean side) on Mission beach, and is nicely furnished with a full kitchen and free cable and HBO. The house is only a 15 min drive from either La Jolla or Down Town.
