The rent can be flexible. You’d be getting two rooms with the price of rent in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. I currently live there and I’m a teacher. I’m pretty quiet and clean and hopefully looking for someone who is also professional and the same. Dogs are allowed a d the house has a fenced in back yard. It’s located near Riverdale High School and is a very safe and quiet neighborhood. It’s right next to Barfield park as well.
