I have a private master bedroom and private bathroom for rent. This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1325 square ft apartment. Shared common areas. Ground level 1st floor. 2 pools tennis courts wifi coffee room and gym. 700 includes everything. I prefer to collect 1st and last months rent but I can work with you. I'm a 50 yr old professional male. I'm here 3 or 4 nights a week. I visit family on the weekends. I mind my own business and jeep a kleen place. No Drama! I'm looking for a 6 month roommate.
