Single occupancy (ei no kids/bf) rm in house for female. Quiet neighborhood 10 min from downtown. Current residents are two females, both work full-time, currently from home during this pandemic. We're pretty easy to get along with. We're relaxed about buying & sharing groceries/household necessities but can respect if you want to have your things separate.
