GREAT LOCATION...across the street from campus and a two minute walk to the downtown area. Big spacious living room and bedrooms. back sliding glass door opens to the creek (beautiful view) very quiet at night (away from the parties) but still very close to the action. This is by far the best living location in Chico. I am moving to LA for family reasons and need to rent out my room, preferably to a gay male or a female.
