We're renting separately 4 BRs (2Q,1w/2Ds and a master suite w/2Qs adjoining 1BR w/T and private full bathroom). We rent the house as a summer rental in season and renting the rooms now monthly until May. Our oldest daughter and her husband as well as our middle son live there. They are the care takers of the property. There are 3 Brs upstairs sharing a full Bath in hall. All linens, sheets and comforters are included. Downstairs is the master suite.
