The condo has two floors. I have my room and my bathroom in the first floor so im basically renting the rooms upstairs. There are two rooms and a bathrooms. I am only renting one room though. Teh washer and dryer are on the second floor. The place has a very nice pool, a lake, tennis court and many other places for outdoor activity (incluiding golf). If you need any pictures let me know.
