The one that is available now is $400 a month plus 1/3 utilities. It is the 2nd biggest bedroom in the house, after the master. It is located down the hall from the rest of the bedrooms, which is nice. You would be sharing a bathroom with another roomate. The other room that will be available is a pretty good size.
