My roommates and I have a house that is a little less than a mile from SDSU with an open master bedroom and bathroom. The lease starts July 8th. You would also have a private bathroom. The rent is $1000 a month so we would have someone to share with you. Our house is 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with a 2 car garage, big deck, and a pool. As for my roommates and me, we are all students at SDSU in our second year.
