I am a 24yr old that moved to Denver a year ago. I have a full time job and am very active; snowboarding ect. I am also very laid back and quite easy to live with. In terms of the property; there is ample parking on the street although you can choose to get a carport for $20 a month. It has 2bd 2ba and is 1003 sq ft. I have fully furnished the common living areas of the condo. You would obviously have your own bed and bath. It is situated within a mile from two light rail stations as well.
