ONE large room for a female is available. 11’x15’ room with Walk-in closet, Share bathroom with one resident, Shared community TV room and kitchenette, All utilities, A/C, Wifi, Washer & Dryer included, Enclosed, locked yard to entrance, Garden available, No cats or dogs, No smoking or vaping. We, Pam & Jim, two Christian Seniors, have a great new home in Lakewood, that has three bedrooms on the lower walk-out level for three single women to live together. We live upstairs separated dwnstairs.
