Hi there, I am a soon to be single mom (29 years old) with one boy - 11 years old. I own a 4 bedroom, 1 bath house (you would get 2 bedrooms and access to the rest of the house) available the first of December. I need a payment of $425.00 plus 1/3 utilities (Max of $220.00 total bill in winter, so you would pay no more than $75.00 mid-winter).
