I have two bedrooms to rent out in my townhouse which is located in Capitol Heights, MD. Room 1: $1500 which includes utilities and this is for the Master Bedroom which has a private bath. Room 2: $1100 which includes utilities and this room is the next largest to the Master. The person will have access to their bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and kitchen dining area. The person will be responsible for their own phone, cable in their room, and their food.
