Hi! We live in a great house close to SDSU and have a room available. Rent is $575 plus utilities. The house is wonderful. Really large living area with hardwood floors throughout the house. Washer/dryer in the house. Backyard with a great little patio for gatherings or BBQs. We've always run the house that we all rent the HOUSE, not rooms. We're all responsible for cleaning and whatnot and want all of us to feel comfortable sharing a living space. It's a great little neighborhood - quiet -
