A beautiful newly remodeled home featuring all new kitchen, bathroom, and carpeting. Located conveniently near downtown in a quiet family neighborhood, but also reasonably close to campus as well (5-minutes). Prefer to have a household of grad students/professionals but will consider anyone as long as they are friendly and can get along with the rest of us.
