About this household

My current roommate is moving out, so I have an open room in my 2bed/1bath apartment! The room itself is 10ftx10ft with closet and window. The rest of the apartment has a full kitchen and living area (living area is furnished, bedroom is not), and a balcony. No smoking (not 420 friendly). There's off street parking, on site laundry, a pool, and a small workout center in the apartment complex. We're close to 6th, and also to a lightrail station (W line). Rent is about $650 including utilities.
