Monthly rent is negotiable. I live in a two bedroom two bathroom town home close to downtown Littleton. Clubhouse, outdoor pool and gym available to you. 2nd bedroom and 2nd bathroom is available for renter, as well as common areas. I am allergic to cats and I am a dog lover.
