I need someone to sublease my roommate's room in a 2 br/2.5 ba townhouse in Woodland Court this summer. The rent is $369+utilities(water, electricity, cable/internet), which should make it no more than $450 a person per month. You can move it anytime in May and can move out late July to early August.The room will come with a bed, desk, and a dresser. The rest of the townhouse will be furnished as well.
