We are in need of someone to take over our roommates lease. The house is currently occupied by girls. Preferably looking for a college kid. This is a very safe gated community. Access to pool, basketball court and sand volleyball court. The house is fully furnished except for the bedroom you will be renting. You’ll have your own private bathroom. Rent is $560 a month all bills paid except cable. Property is pet friendly with monthly pet rent.
