One level brand new flummerfelt home. It is in great condition and is perfect for students. It is pet friendly but I do have a dog so I'd prefer if you had a cat or caged pet. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom that will be unfurnished so you can decorate it yourself. The common areas will be furnished but you are more than welcome to bring furniture if you have some. It has a deck and is across the street from the pool (great for the summer) and "community club house"
