Condo 3 BR 2 BR. Screen in patio looking over lake Smart. Boat dock and community pool. All appliances are new. Washer and dryer are in the condo. I have no pets. Kitchen is tile and bedroom and living room is carpet. Looking to instalI tile flooring. I have a son 8 yrs old that will be visiting and staying at times. I love the outdoors and working out. I do have a full time job as a professional. Never done drugs and drink socially on the weekends.
