I am a professional with a full time job, non smoker and very clean. I have an 11 year old chihuahua that is only permitted on the hardwood as to avoid hairy bedroom carpets. I have a 1200 square foot apartment centrally located in Winter Haven. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath with access to fitness center, large pool and laundry facilities.
