Hello, single mom with 2 kids and puppy. Have a big beautiful house 4 bedroom 2 bath. Everything is fully furnished. You’ll have access to entire house including garage if needed. Only concern would be when bringing company/guest over i ask that you inform me first and we discuss from there. Rent includes utilities. Smoke free home. I’m very down to earth and chill nothing too exciting ever goes on at my house we are small family.
