I have a 1800 sq foot house with a large fenced in backyard. House is 3 bedrooms however the middle bedroom is a fitness room now. I would be the only other person in house with my dog and cat. I work at home most days. I am very clean, respectful, kind, and I mind my own business. I am looking for a roommate that primarily cleans after themselves, and isn’t loud past midnight. No smoking. I don’t mind casually drinking. I am 24 but professional. Renter will have private bathroom not in bedroom
