About this household
This is a spacious 2 BR apt. in a safe neighborhood. There is a 24 hr. doorman system and a call-in system after hours. Your actual room is 10 x 14 and the LR and DR are very big. I already have 1 couch, an ent. unit, a kitchen table, and coffee table. I am in need of a TV for the lr, which hopefully you have to complete the LR. I am looking for someone to sign onto the lease, but it will be flexible after 6 months.
